Games - If children play war games?

If you grew up in the early years of watching the late 60s remember Vic Morrow in the fight against mass. They were so of his performance when he was a normal child, I wanted you to take Sergeant Saunders. And you have the opportunity to do so. The toy stores were stocked to the rafters with Saunders mark camouflaged helmet, Thompson Sub Machine Gun and hand grenades. The gun had a pull back knob that the weapon was a realistic and racket all when he was shot. TheGrenades were adequately equipped with explosives old hat style that even a very anxious when the grenade hit the ground.

Under his equipment, you and your friends are made to the nearest forest or area mazed. They exchanged another hunting. Because no one really shot, you were more or less on the honor system when someone behind you, started shooting and said, "You're dead." You were always trying to say: "I'm only wounded" and go to the aid stationfor a brief timeout until "cured" and ready to return to the game. Nobody really died, and the game went on forever, until you are tired or just your mother brought you to dinner. It 'was all pretty harmless fun.

But, it's 40 years later, and parents ask if they let their children play war. Are they afraid that their children play with guns that grow with their weapons in a real game when. We have become so politically correcthas up to the point where you do not get guns found in a toy store anymore. Those days are long gone. Thus, if a child wants to play army, should better be a good idea.

The question is: is this right? Certainly not all children playing with guns increased by a killer now. An employee of mine was not only a Saunders Tommy Gun, but also a German Luger, an M1 rifle, a Colt 45 and a pair of hand grenades. He says he had several, if the German attack bunkers.Today this guy to play the army, lived a successful Internet marketing and has never held a real gun one day in his life.

The truth is that it needs a toy gun, a bad boy. When someone is destined to a life of crime again, he would, playing with toys, with or without weapons. So the question whether children should be allowed to play war games is one that must be answered every single parent. Parents should be able to make decisions aboutall that allow or not allow their children to do. There is an old adage that guns do not kill to kill people, he says. This was true in 1960 and is true today.

Of course, toy guns do not kill anyone.
